Wlasisław I of Novo-Teutonia (Thai: วลาสิสลาฟที่หนึ่งแห่งโนโว-ทิวโทเนีย) or also known as Siwat Phongsai (Thai: ศิวัช ผ่องใส) is a Thai micronationist who is the current leader of Commonwealth of Novo-Erecteutolectrocia, king of Kingdom of Novo-Teutonia and the seventh Prime Minister of New Capanesia.

Early life

Wlasisław I was born on 25 November 2010 at Bangsaphan Hospital in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, Thailand as the first child of his family. In 2016, he joined Bangsaphan school. And in 2023, he joined Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Phetchaburi.

Personal life

As since 2021, he has interested in history, geography, politics. Thus, his efforts of learning them has still effected him in both good and bad ways. In 2022, he has made the huge steps in his life, which is interested in languages and linguistics. From then, he had progressed his language fluency and learned some major, useful languages and endangered languages. As of December 2023, he could speak at least 2 languages fluently and could understand other 5 languages with little difficulty.

In politics, he has interested in Communism, first he discovered political ideologies. But as in 2023, his interests in Communism and left-wing politics has dropped, and he chooses to interest in Conservatism and perhaps right-wing political ideologies instead.

Micronational Career

On the date of 24 July 2023, he has introduced into the micronation communities, as he founded his first micronation, Commonwealth of Novo-Erecteutolectrocia. He has applied for New Capanesia citizenship and passed. On the date of 10 October 2023, he has won the New Capanesia Vice Prime Minister election and was promoted to Prime Minister of New Capanesia on that day instead.

Since Natthakorn has exiled from his positions in New Capanesian government and military, Wlasisław have entered the New Capanesian Armed Forces with the rank of Field Marshal and later promoted to the General Staff of New Capanesia Armed Forces.
