Admiral Colonel is the highest rank in the Badu Park Municipal People's Navy, and is above Captain Admiral. The rank is equivalent to General Colonel in the Badu Park Municipal People's Army, and Supreme Air Corporal in the Badu Park Municipal People's Air Force.
The rank is reserved for the President of Badu Park, and is currently held by Japitty Cumquat. According to Japitty Cumquat, it is the "highest military rank in the world", being a "45-star rank", and as such, the rank insignia depicts forty five stars, as well as 6 chevrons, and the Coat of Arms along with Japitty Cumquat's Face enclosed in a red and gold border. Admiral Colonel is a 45-star rank along with General Colonel and Supreme Air Corporal.
