The American Confederation or simply The Confederacy of Reunited American States is a micronation formed on February 16, 2022. The Confederacy is derived due to political protest and an unrecognized government. It claims the entire United States although it has no army or navy.
History
After some controversial acts such as the Sugar Act and the Boston Massacre, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Hamilton, John Adams, and a lot of others signed the declaration of Independence and the British saw this as treason, so the American Revolution had started. The war began when the Massachusetts charter was revoked and was under the direct control of Great Britain, the colonists started to get worried about losing their autonomy so they met in the Continental Congress in Philadelphia. They decided they would try and appeal to the British, which didn't work, and later a Declaration of Independence was written by Thomas Jefferson declaring: "All men are created equal" and "have certain inviolable rights". This officially started the American Revolution, the first battles were at Concord and Lexington. The British were ordered to secretly take supplies from a local militia in Massachusetts. The militias were alerted and eventually made them retreat to Boston and put them under siege. The British then attacked New York which later backfired. With French aid coming in larger numbers, the Milita eventually surrounding General Cornwallis placing him under siege for a month where he had no choice but to surrender. Terms of peace opened up in Paris as fighting ceased, thus the United States was born.
Biden Era
In November 2020, the 46th President of the United States was elected, Joseph Biden. In protest to this, on February 16, 2022, taking American values and interests into account, Tristan Kickatrip declared the American Confederation making him the 1st President of the Confederation. He is a harsh critic of the Democratic Party even stating: "The Democrats haven't gotten their communist utopia yet because of the fierce resistance from the Republicans and from the patriots". Recent rumors of Russia invading Ukraine have been worrying on the international stage since Russia has amassed over 100,000 troops on the border. The President stated he does not want war against Russia and is strongly against nukes.
