The Second Session of the Arstotzkan Federal Congress was the previous session of the upper house of the legislative body of the Arstotzkan Federal Government. The Congress first meet virtually on December 3, 2020, dissolved the first session on 30 December 2021 and started the second session on 5 January 2022.

The Second Democratic People's Party of the Arstotzkan Union held a majority in the Congress as well as the House of Representatives. As General Secretary of the SDPPAU, Peter Gedye was the Congressional Majority Leader, however as First President, Ethan Brinkman, was the Chairman Speaker of the Congress.
