The Carnovia city (Czech: Krnov) is the capital and largest city of Principality of Carnovia, historical capital of Principality of Carnovia that lasted from 1377 till 1849. Situated on Opava river, nearby borders with Poland on east. Surrounded by hilly terrain on west. The city has a temperate oceanic climate, with relatively warm summers and chilly winters.
In legal system of Principality, Carnovia city stands for both city and district as administrative division with higher self-governing powers than municipality. City Council replaces the District Council in this case and takes responsibility for whole district.
