Cecelia Pegasus is the current co-president of the democratic kingdom of Genoa, she is the cousin of Emperor Noriko Haruko and is mostly pampered by the emperor.
She previously had a partner, Prince Maximillion Pegasus, the two got married at the age of 17 and separated a year later.
