Cing of O'Duighan
The Cing (Ciiengimah in Duighanish) is the monarch of the Great States of O'Duighan. The position was established on Ede 28, 0001 (November 15, 2020). The position is a life-long position, where only cats are allowed to serve. The position is an elected position, where after the current Cing dies, the people must elect a new one to serve. The current one serving is Kira I, who won after Harold Duighan was forced to break a tie in the election.

Heirs
Currently, there are only two possible heirs to the throne, that being Sam (born 2018-2019), and Chibi (born 2019). They were the only other candidates in the 2020 Cing elections, and they both got around 33% of the vote, as did Kira I. If and when Kira dies, they will be the most likely to get the throne.
