The Department of Culture Act is an Act of the National Council of the Democratic Union of British States that creates the Department of Culture, a department of the Democratic Union's federal government. The department is responsible for overseeing Eden Studio - a state corporation created by the Game Development Act - administering government tech support and other such cultural affairs that fall within their remit. It additionally allows Secretaries of the various Departments to appoint Undersecretaries, which also require the House of Representatives to confirm them.

This was considered during the first session of the House of Representatives after the appointment by the Lord President of Anthony Clark, Patrick Renwick and Ava Neasa as Interim Representatives by executive order.

Introduced by Representative Horatio Eden (C-District of Britannia) on the 18th of February, 2017, the Act passed the House four votes to zero, with one abstention. It was signed into law by the Lord President the next day.
