The Shattered-Lands abbreviated SL is the name given to the territory that was claimed by the Shattered Souls between 2021 until it's dissolution on 12 October 2023. From it's foundation in 2021, The Shattered Souls has expanded their territory and influence throughout the area to become one of the most powerful micronations in existence. Since that territory they have expanded one didn't belong to another micronation, they are not considered an empire by definition. They also claimed this territory because no other micronation claimed it yet.
The Shattered-Lands is constitutionally governed as a presidential republic with the leader having the title of president, while a prime minister is present, they are really only there to assist the president. The Shattered Souls is also constitutionally a Non-partisan representative herrenvolk democracy, where political parties are completely banned in the Shattered Souls and representatives are elected to represent the people of the government, but only white people are allowed to participate in the government. Despite this, the Shattered Souls functions as a totalitarian dictatorship, where the leader is forcing everyone in the Shattered Souls to be racist towards anyone who isn't white.
The micronation has been considered an isolationist micronation for a while, however as of early 2023, they have been starting to get into mostly negative relations with the surrounding micronations, these include Riveria, Dingleville, and Pongu.
Etymology
It's name was based off the organization that controls it, the Shattered Souls, giving it the idea that it was the territory claimed by them.
History
Foundation
In early 2021 not long after the original leader of the Shattered Souls, Dameon Townsend abandoned it, the Shattered Souls got a new leader, Ryan Long, who took control of the gang. and eventually reformed it into one of many organizations of the Ku Klux Klan. They also claimed this territory some time afterwards to gain more influence.
North Texas Micronational War
At some point before 2 May 2023, when the Prime Minister first heard of Riveria, the Shattered Souls declared war on Riveria with intentions to invade and annex them into their own rule. Once the King of Riveria, Dameon I heard about this, he immediantly started building up an army against them. The conflict has been ongoing since that date, even after the Shattered-Lands and the Shattered Souls dissolved.
Rebellion
By the time Ryan Long became the absolute ruler of the Shattered Souls, many of it's members were defecting to the Riveria and Dingleville's side due to how he was handling the group. They have done things like leaked valuable information about the Shattered Souls and it's plans, it's territory extent, and personal information about their leader. All of these could in their eyes be used against Ryan to eventually overthrow him and establish a new government. This rebellion however ended up being a failure after the Shattered-Lands dissolved before any new advancements could be made.
Puppet states
In September of 2023, to rival Riveria and Dingleville, The Shattered-Lands created two puppet states a few weeks apart from each other. These are Ligmabutthole and Suckmaasshole. Ligmabutthole was eventually annexed by the Shattered-Lands and dissolved with it a few hours afterwards. While Suckmaasshole continued to exist even after it's controlling state's dissolution.
Testicular Distortion
In September 2023, a military alliance was formed between the Shattered-Lands and Ligmabutthole, while it was officially a military alliance of two micronations, due to Ligmabutthole being a puppet state of the Shattered-Lands, it functioned as de facto a single micronation, with the Shattered-Lands and Ligmabutthole de facto functioning as two federated states.
Dissolution
On 14 October, Gabriel Reyes officially declared the dissolution of the Shattered Souls at the order of Ryan Long, and with it, the Shattered-Lands.
Politics and government
The Shattered Souls is de jure an presidential republic, Where the head of state and head of government has the title of president. However, the Shattered Souls is a presidential system with a prime minister, the president is still the head of state and head of government and the prime minister is really just there to assist the president. The Shattered Souls also has a Non-partisan representative democracy, political parties are completely banned from the Shattered Souls. Representatives are elected by the members of the Shattered Souls to represent them. The Shattered Souls is a herrenvolk democracy where only white people can vote and participate in elections. The form of governance is very similar to the Confederate States that existed from 1861 to 1865 and under United States occupation from 1865 to 1870, for it being ruled by a Ku Klux Klan organization with neo-confederatism being a common ideology amongst these types of groups. Despite all of this, the Shattered Souls functions as a totalitarian military dictatorship where everyone within the Shattered Souls is under full control by the leader, who is also a high ranked military officer.
Head of state/government
The president of the Shattered Souls is the head of state and head of government. They are elected by the white population of the Shattered Souls, they have veto powers and commanding the armed forces. They essentially had absolute totalitarian control after the Shattered-Lands became a totalitarian dictatorship. During this time, the former president of the Shattered-Lands, Ryan Long had disappeared from the Shattered-Lands public, handing over the power to the prime minister, Gabriel Reyes, but Ryan Long continued to control the Shattered Souls from behind the scenes, acting somewhat as a lobbyist.
Deputy head of government
The prime minister is the deputy head of government of the Shattered Souls, he has very little power except being in charge of foreign relations.
Law and order
The judicial system in the Shattered Souls is very simple, the prime minister has absolute judicial power. Law enforcement is done by the military rather than typical police forces. In the Shattered Souls, it is illegal for anyone to call anyone a retard, anyone who breaks this law will be given punishment. Native Americans, Middle Easterns, Pacific Islanders, and Indians are completely banned from joining the Shattered Souls, political parties are also banned.
Military
The military of the Shattered-Lands is the group that controls it, the Shattered Souls. The Shattered Souls are commanded by the president of the Shattered Souls and also act as a police force.
Foreign relations
The Shattered Souls has had relations with other micronations or groups currently and formerly. It currently has no confirmed alliances with any other micronation, however their swarn enemy Riveria and their ally Dingleville have both accused them of allying with Pongu, as Pongu mentioned siding with them at some point, however they later insisted not allying with them due to offerings of having positive relations with both Riveria and Dingleville. This was later debunked by plans to invade Pongu that were leaked by Shattered Souls rebels that defected to the other side. The Shattered-Lands also has two puppet states, Ligmabutthole and Suckmasshole. Ligmabutthole was founded to copy Pongu who's original name was Ligmabutthole, and Suckmaasshole was created as a distraction towards Riveria during the war. Ligmabutthole dissolved on October 12 2023, when it was annexed into the Shattered-Lands, while Suckmaasshole still exists.
Past relations
The Shattered Souls was allied with another group when it was a gang, it was allied with The Cyberstalkers, a hacker group, founded by the former Prime Minister of Riveria, Aiden Russell. This relationship ended when The Cyberstalkers was abandoned by its leader by the end of the school year. The Shattered Souls was also allied with Republic of Riveria for time as they had the same leader, however this changed when the Shattered Souls got a new leader.

Economy
The economy of the Shattered-Lands was almost entirely controlled by the government. The Shattered-Lands had full control over prices of the business and industry. The economy in itself resembled that of a state socialist economy or that of state capitalism, with the Shattered Souls privately controlling the economy for profits and to benefit the micronation, and the superior white race.
Culture
The Shattered Souls is very heavy on American, more specifically white culture , they do though have their own unique "culture". Their official language is English or "American" according to them. They also have an official religion protestant christian as that's the primary religion of various Ku Klux Klan groups.
Activities
The activities done by the members of the Shattered Souls start out with simple things like playing Video Games the favorable console used by all members of the Shattered Souls is the Xbox, as well as the Iphone being the main phone used. However, this is just the simple end of the spectrum, really serious sadistic activities were done by it's members when the Shattered Souls was Fascist, which include all the minorities that are allowed to join. The members of the Shattered Souls do really harsh and creul things to these minorities, such as rape, torture, bullying, and other harmful activities to these people because they are seen as "inferior" to the white population.

Flag of the Shattered Souls
The Shattered Souls has four national symbols, these flags were often used enterchangably. The first is the primary official flag was a mix between nazi flag and the confederate battle flag with the overall design of the confederate battle flag with a black swastika in the very center. The second flag used is the flag of Germany from 1935 to 1945 under Nazi rule. The third flag used is the Duke Flag, a symbol commonly used in Ku Klux Klan groups. The last one used is a custom version of the confederate battle flag with a person, possibly a slave, shattering in the very center, possibly adopted to allude the the original logo and the groups name, originally created by Kim Ryu.[1]
