Efrasaduro, officially the Province of Efrasaduro (Efrasachin: Provenca od Elfrasaduro), is a Province if the Kingdom of Efransa. Efrasaduro contains the original territory of Efransa, while the second Province, Pormalia, being added to the Kingdom in May 2020. Desozziyu, the third Province, was added on June 16, 2020.

Efrasaduro is named after the historic Region of the first Kingdom of Efransa, and the state of the Union of Efransa. The national capital of Parsrid is located in Efrasaduro and is also the provincial capital, and a consolidated city-prefecture. Catazur, Brisqau, and Grand Ouste are the other four Efrasaduron prefectures.

Efrasaduro is a heavily left-leaning Province, the most left-leaning in the country. Both seats in the National Assembly are held by the Social Democrats, the incumbent Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister are both Efrasaduron Representatives. The Countess of Machy serves as acting Provincial Governor.

Etymology

Efrasaduro was established in 2019 as the Efrasachin Region named after Extramadura in Spain and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in France. Efrasaduro was also the name of the Union state surrounding Parsrid Federal District, before becoming the first Province of Efransa in May 2020, after Provinces were established.

History

Efransa as a whole originated as what is now Efrasaduro. The only historic event in Efrasaduro that is not a national event is its foundation.

Politics and Government

Efrasaduro is almost solidly supportive of the Social Democratic Party. Efrasaduro has a 99% voting record with the Social Democratic Party, and a 100% record for elected members of the SDP. Both members of the Assembly from Efrasaduro are members of the Cabinet, the Prime Minister, and the Deputy Prime Minister. The office of Governor of Efrasaduro is currently held on an acting basis by The Countess of Machy. The Provincial Legislature consists of both Assembly members.

Efrasaduro also has the same powers as the other Provinces established by the Devolution of Powers Act. The Governing Council of Efrasaduro consists of the Governor, Executive Secretary, the Secretary of Revenue, the Secretary of Government Service, the Secretary of Land Management, and the Secretary of Family Affairs.

Law and Order

Efrasaduro is divided into the First and Second Trial Districts (the Second also contains the Collecitivty of New Gloucestershoire, while the first contains Caisonia). Both Districts are within the First Appeals Circuit. The High Court of Justice has its headquarters in Gravi, Parsrid, at the Zaryville strip.

Efrasaduro also has a General Court established under the Organic Law of the Judiciary. The Central Administrative Court has its seat in Zaryville, while the Supreme Appellate Tribunal (full court, not circuits) is seated in Sena Arable. The Prison of Fencia separates Parsrid from surrounding Zaryville.

The National Police is headquartered in the Hawthorn Sector of Parsrid. The First Precinct of the National Police is conterminous with Efrasaduro. The First Corps of the Royal Gendarmerie and the First Platoon of the Civil Guard are also stationed in Parsrid.

Administrative Divisions

Efrasaduro is divided into four Prefectures and eight Municipalities. The Prefectures are: Parsrid, Catazur, Brisqau, and Grand Ouste. Catazur is divided into Barceille and Vayencioa, Brisqau into Onicles and Vienstriaus, and Grand Ouste into Zaryville and Maladeaux.

Geography and Climate

Efrasaduro is the smallest of the three Provinces, following Pormalia. Grand Ouste is the largest Prefecture in the Province, and the either the third or fourth largest in the nation. Parsrid is the smallest Prefecture, while Brisqau and Catazur are approximately equally sized.

Grand Ouste consists of mostly fields, constituting Zaryville, while the baseball field in Western Efrasaduro is comprising all of Maladeaux. Parsrid consists of small strips of grass surrounding the Communes of Gravi and Sena Arable, the grass is known as the Commune of Herspeb. Parsrid and Grand Ouste are part of the Ludisirgan Areas, the grass lands of the country.

Brisqau and Catazur are entirely Bermion Areas. Brisqau is used as a tennis court and as the headquarters of the national security agencies. It is surrounded by the Northeastern Wall. Catazur is divided into the Barceille and Vayencioa by the Great Wall of Efransa. Barceille consists of a basketball court, while Vayencioa is a parking lot and a small strip of land known as the Vayencioa Panhandle, or Floridian Vayencioa (referencing its similarities to the Florida Panhandle).

The climate of Efrasaduro is very moderate. However, in the winter and early spring months, Catazur is the only accessible area, specifically Inner Barceille.
