The Federal Protection Service, or FPS, is an Excelsioran federal law enforcement and protection agency tasked with providing personal protection for the President of Excelsior and the Chancellor of the Republic, and performing government investigations. It is led by Lieutenant General Finn M. The FPS is neither a branch of the military nor police force. It was established by Chancellor Nicolas Caiazzo and President Silas W.
