Fesmar has been a Nation since 2018 however reached its peak in December of that year, slowly collapsing throughout 2019 due to many internal and external factors. Fesmar traditionally has been heavily isolationist and staunchly anti-colonial, making many stands against colonisation in the Cornish peninsular. Fesmar due to its isolationist past has had a tough time entering into the wider community, this was brought to the head when the nations government completely collapsed early into 2019, due to the culture shock of entering into the wider community and having a larger number of relations to manage. Since the collapse the nation has failed to properly remain stable, this had the effect of ending the dominance of the IFA and the nation as a whole on Cornish micronationalism. 2020 however has proven to be the true revival of the nation, Fesmar has finally managed to make somewhat of a comeback and finally re-enter the regional stage.
