First Battle of the General Assembly
The First Battle of the General Assembly was the first battle which began the war between the Tauranga Commonwealth of Micronations and the Empire of Him. The battle consisted of a cyber attack on the main communication site of the TCM minutes later, the General Assembly declared war on the Empire of Him.

Background
On 24 August 2022, the Fourth Session of the General Assembly of the Tauranga Commonwealth of Micronations was begun at 12:51pm. The Secretary General had called the session to be an emergency session due to the emergence of a micronation known as the Matakana Island Rouge Micronation, later known as the Empire of Him.
At 01:05pm the General Assembly banned the Empire of Him from the TCM, citing that it was due to their policy of violating micronational sovereignty.
Battle
During the session, the Empire of Him later committed a cyber attack against the TCM, Grayson Country stated to the assembly that a cyber attack is an act of war. The General Assembly then held a vote and ratified Resolution 07 and declared war on the Empire of Him.
Cyber Teams from the Office of the Secretary General then attacked the Empire back, which lead to the removal of Empire insurgents from TCM communication systems.
Following this, the battle was considered over.
