The flag of the State of Rovia is a tricolour of three equal horizontal fields, blue on the top, white in the middle, and gold on the bottom. Appearing on the tricolour is the coat of arms of the country, which features the national animal, the Chestnut Arabian Horse. The flag, as well as the Coat of Arms, was created by Ștefan Marius Snagoveanu on 2 June 2021, but were altered on 6 October 22 by the the Sultan to replace the pentagon star with an octagon star.
