The Free City of Tulate was a free city within the State of Faltree, and held a certain degree of autonomy and was represented within the Faltrian Senate. Overseen by a Mayor, it was governed by Jaime P. III whom also represented it in the Faltrian Senate. The Pocasset River ran through the free city, occasionally flooding the lowlands of the region. A majority of Tulate was a natural floodplain, with a minority of the city being developed with infrastructure.
History
A flood hit the area occupying Tulate in 2010, leaving most of the area heavily flooded. Micronational settlement of Tulate began in 2019 with the establishment of United Ocean States, the area Tulate now occupies being divided between the states of Soda o Soup and Vertanga. Little change would occur spare occasional changing of borders until the establishment of Reunited Ocean States wherein the region was reorganized, being divided into the states of Vertanga and New Tulate. Following the Ocean States Act in December 2021, the Free City of Tulate was formed from the aforementioned states within Ocean States. Since then, the free city has been a political stronghold for the Republican Party of Faltree.
