The Howeian dialect of Skovajan is a dialect of Skovajan with several differing words. The dialect is easily intelligible with standard Skovajan, and enjoys official status in the Democratic Republic of Howe.
In general, the dialect is closer to English (in pronunciation and phonology) than standard Skovajan, which is closer to Irish Gaelic.
