The Judicial Council of the Republik of Baltia (Rada Sądownicza Republiki Baltii) - a constitutional body obliged to uphold the independence of the courts and judges in Baltia. It is a judicial authority. According to the constitution, the Council is to be composed of persons appointed by the legislative, executive and judiciary authorities; most of them are judges. The Judicial Council is one of the Parliamentary Councils of the Conference of the Republic of Baltia. The Council controls the work of the courts and represents all courts in Baltia at the Conference. The Judicial Council is a representative of the Supreme Court and consists of 3 judges.
