The formal jubilees of Elarian monarchs started with Charles I. At the anniversary of the 5th year of the nation's founding and subsequently his reign, his jubilee will be celebrated throughout not only the Empire of Ela'r'oech, but the Kingdom of Pontunia and other territories within the United Kingdom of the Great Bayou as well.
