Election
Nomination
The Minister-President is nominated by the Chamber of Deputies, the nominee is then either approved as a nominee or vetoed by the Senate.
Appointment
The nominee is then typically then appointed by the President of Azore, however the president could appoint anyone but typically appoints the nominee as they command the most confidence in congress.
