Design The Rothelam flag, adopted in 2023, is a simple tricolor. Its top band is bold black, followed by a pristine white stripe in the middle, and anchored by a deep blue bottom band. This straightforward design utilizes three colors to represent various aspects of Rothelam's identity and aspirations.

The national flag of the Rothelam Confederation, known as the Stainless Bars, is the flag used to represent the country and its people. The current flag was designed by J.M. Wilfong.

The design is loosely based off a combination of the Flag of the German Empire and the Flag of the Territory of the Saar Basin, both of which can be seen below:

The Stainless Bars fly in front of the Rothelam Capital Building for much of the year, only usually being taken down during strong winds, heavy rain, or high temperatures. The flag always flies on public holidays, during times of mourning, as well as on Remembrance Day.

The coat of arms of the Rothelam Confederation was created on 18 August 2023. Prior to this, Rothelam's coat of arms was the fictional House Holworth coat of arms, which can be seen below:

The crest of Rothelam is adorned with a prominent star, symbolizing guidance and the nation's pursuit of enlightenment. Within the escutcheon, set against a backdrop of deep blue, is an altered depiction of the traditional Lamb of God. This iconic symbol represents humility, compassion, and a commitment to peace, serving as a moral compass guiding Rothelam's values. Surrounding the central motif are 20 stars arranged in a circular formation. Each star signifies unity, collaboration, and the collective vision of the nation's populace. Supporting the crest are laurel wreaths, symbolizing victory, honor, and the enduring spirit of achievement within Rothelam's heritage and aspirations. This comprehensive representation within the coat of arms encapsulates the diverse ideals, resilience, and communal aspirations integral to Rothelam's identity and narrative.

National animals

The Polled Dorset is the national animal of Rothelam. Following in the examples of several U.S. states, other animals were also designated Rothelamite symbols - the white-tailed deer is the Confederation's national wild animal, the Ruby-throated hummingbird is its national bird, and the Great Pyrenees is its national dog.

National anthem

The national anthem of Rothelam is Battle March of the Confederation, written by J.M. Wilfong, and based on and to the tune of Battle Hymn of the Republic. It was adopted as the Battle March of the Republic on June 8, 2022, and rewritten and adopted again in September 2023 in its current form.

The national anthem as currently sung is as follows:

(Verse 1)
In Rothelam, our homeland, where the banners proudly wave,
We march with dedication, our freedom we will save,
The spirit of the people, in unity we stand,
Rothelam's the finest in the land.

(Chorus)
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Our Confederation, strong and grand.

(Verse 2)
Through ages we have triumphed, through challenges we've fought,
With courage and with honor, our legacy is sought,
In fields of white and cities tall, our story does unfold,
Rothelam, we all behold.

(Chorus)
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Our Confederation, proud and firm.

(Verse 3)
With hands that toil and minds that dream, we build a future bright,
In every dawn, our hopes reborn, our spirit takes its flight,
From coast to coast, the stainless bars, it proudly dances free,
A symbol of our unity.

(Chorus)
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Glory, glory, Rothelam!
Our Confederation, we stand by thee!
