The Norumbega Pact, more commonly known as Norumbega, is an intermicronational alliance primarily focused in the Eastern United States and New England. It was established on 16 October 2021 by the Assemblic Federation. Deriving inspiration from regional micronational organizations, Norumbega Pact is based on connecting micronations through diplomacy, protecting each member through the means of combined cybersecurity collaboration and helping each member prosper by means of community support and influence.

Norumbega Pact is a mostly online alliance, unless micronations are located near each other. It is lead by a chairman, a democratically elected member state who runs and is voted in by fellow allies. Member states are allegiant micronations who operate in the council, the major guideline-making section of the Pact. Observer states are partially-aligned micronations who can suggest new ideas for the council to vote on. The Norumbega Pact has its own security force, made up of a collaboration of complying member states who combined create a formidable cybermilitary. The Security Forces can also be deployed in real-life, if local micronations need humanitarian support or military aid.

Norumbega Pact is an all-accepting alliance, meaning any micronation from across the world can join. The Pact tries not to resort to war to resolve issues, but rather negotiation. If the Pact is attacked, Security Forces will respond by means of cyberwar, and all members must help each other. Its primary focus is on the Eastern United States, however many member states come from abroad and across the world.
