Novaria is an Ikonian march. With a population of two, it is comprised of William Wilson and Charles Wilson's local ranch land and is located roughly in the northeast area of Brazos County.[1]
Inhabited by two Gradonians, Novaria was annexed by the Kingdom through a proclamation of William Wilson per the monarch. On the 24 August 2020, the coat of arms were changed with the Marquis's guidance. Once again, on 6 November 2020, the coat of arms and motto were amended after a decree of the Marquis and the Sovereign.
As a march, Novaria is not administered by a City Council but by a Marquis, per elections in cities.
