The People's Republic of the land of Workers (In Finnish Työläisten Maan Kansantasavalta) (former name until 4/12/2019 Socialist Republic of Markuslandia) (In Finnish Markuslandian Sosialistinen Tasavalta) is micro country in Vantaa of Finland. Markudland founded 14.9.2019. In Markusland is one party, which is The Communist Workers' Party of Markusland (CWPM), in Finnish Markuslandian kommunistinen työväenpuolue. Official language of Markusland is Finnish. In Markusland is use direct democracy. Elections is every six months. Government- and president elections.

History of Land of Workers

The People's Republic of Markusland became independent of Finland on 14 September 2019 after its inhabitant was tired of Finnish politics, which he did not think was left-wing enough. At 7:58 p.m., a resident declared his bedroom to leave the territory of Finland as its own state at 11 p.m. Prior to independence, Markusland enacted the necessary laws and the first presidential and government elections were held by hand. Both were defeated by the communist Markus Takkinen, who, shortly after independence, founded Markuslandia's first (and, again, only) party, a Eurocommunist ideology called the Communist Workers Party Markusland (CWPM).

Politicy of Land of Workers

Land of Workers, of course, follows the CWPM policy of its only party. The country is working to gain access to the United Sovereignties and build relationships with other micro-states. In Land of Workers no one is discriminated against. In Land of Workers, people have good fundamental rights, such as freedom of assembly, demonstration and freedom of opinion Parties that favor fascism and / or neo-Nazism are forbidden, while the establishment of anarchist, central and moderate right-wing parties is allowed. There is visa-free travel in the country, which means you can come without a visa or passport. LW law prohibits the establishment of a permanent army, but its inhabitants establish a temporary army that threatens the country's security in order to defend the country. There is no permanent police in Markusland because crime is unlikely to occur, but the Police Act allows residents to set up a temporary police if something happens. The General Court has issue criminal convictions. In the name of multiculturalism, a country's language law obliges every resident to study at least two foreign languages. Language teaching is provided by the resident. In Markusland, a party can be formed if it has the support of at least one person. To register for a party, there is a party register where you need to provide basic information about the party. Fascist and neo-Nazi symbols are forbidden in public. Hate speech is forbidden.

General Secretar and Council of People's Commissars

The General Secretar of LW has the task of performing ceremonial duties and has little political power, while the Government has a great deal of power and organizing referendums, and then proceeds with the referendum. Both the General Secretar and the government must have the confidence of the people. The Government includes the Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior (also responsible for foreign affairs) and the Minister of Culture.

Religions

There are no churches in Land of Workers, but there is religious freedom in the country, which means that all residents are devoted atheists. Thus, there are no holidays in the country. Blasphemy and other religiously insulting texts or images are allowed as long as it is not hateful.
