The Republic of Chayanbash, more commonly known as Chayanbash, is a micronation in the United Kingdom and Uzbekistan. It was formed on 6 February 2023 as a successor state to the Republic of Ykrain by the nation's first President, Bakir Jorayev.
The government is spearheaded by the President, who has absolute rule over the executive branch, and his deputy, the Vice President. The legislative branch is led by the Prime Minister and his Parliament, and the judicial branch is led by the High Court of Chayanbash.
Chayanbash is strictly isolationist, unwilling to be involved in micronational wars, which it sees as petty, unrealistic and stupid. Its diplomatic views are a policy called "No love, no hate"; they will not ally with anyone and they will not pre-emptively attack anyone.
Etymology
The name Chayanbash comes from a historical Uzbek town name of the same name.
Government
The government of Chayanbash is managed under an anocracy, meaning it has partial autocratic organisation and partial democratic organisation. It is semi-parliamentary, meaning both the Parliament and its leader are elected by the people, and is a de facto totalitarian dictatorship by way of its autocratic head of state.
President
The President is the supreme ruler of the country, leading the entire government and capable of overriding the Parliament on all decisions except for Order 1A, the order to remove the President; to enact this, the Parliament must have a 90% vote in favour of its enacting and it is permitted to utilise military force (if necessary) to remove the President if they are proving to be unsatisfactory.
Prime Minister
The Prime Minister exacts power over the legislative branch, able to veto bills (though the President and Vice President can re-instate bills) and can be removed from power using Order 1C, a legislative order requiring 80% of the vote to enact, allowing the Parliament to utilise military force (if necessary) to oust an unsatisfactory Prime Minister.
Parliament
The Parliament is the only legislative body in the country, responsible for passing, writing and vetoing bills, and keeping a check on the President, Vice President and Prime Ministers' power.
Political parties
There is only one political party in Chayanbash as of 6 February 2023, the Chayanbash National Party. Parties seeking to become legal and official must register with the Chayanbash Ministry of Justice.
