Ruthville is the new capital and federal district of the United Kingdom of Kanindé inside the also new Region of Liberty (originally: New South Canindé), created by decree that entered into force on the date of publication on February 1, 2023 eight days after the Retreat of the Government of Kanindé from Canindé D.C.
