Samizdat hopes to develop this project further in the future with additional courses covering more academic subjects. On 21 Sept 2021, an additinal course was added to the list of short courses on the subject of Customer Service Training. The course deals with chat etiquette and how to deal with difficult customers. More courses are likely to be developed in the future.
