Scott I (Scott Wayne Lankford, born 23 July 2004) is King of Lavari since 10 June 2017. He is a man of Viking descent, and a direct male line descendant of Malahulc Eysteinsson, father of the House of Tosny. He also held the title of Neukaiser of Berlin, co-ruling with Neukaiser Wilhelm Leopold from 23 July 2020 until 30 July 2020, when the empire was dissolved. In certain micronations requiring the use of a full civilian name, Scott Thorin Malahulcsson, or Asher Asmodeus Morningstar is used. He rules in the Kingdom of Lavari, under the House of Lankford.

He was born in Glendale, Arizona, USA as the first child of Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Avalon, and has graduated as an online student from Brooksville Technical School in Spring Hill, Florida on 20 June 2022.

He also served a brief time as the General of the People's Army of the Democratic People’s Republic of Arizona (12 May 2015 - 1 January 2016), and as the Vice President of the Republic of Maricopa (1 January 2016 - 10 June 2017).


Personal life

Early life

Scott was born at a hospital in Glendale, Arizona, USA on 23 July 2004. He is the eldest son of HRH Princess Arlissa, Duchess of Avalon and Scott Wayne Lankford. Two years later, his brother, HRH Prince Nicholas, was born.

Though Scott grew up with his family being Christian, he is a Norse Pagan.

Reign

His reign (the Scotovian era in Lavarian history) saw the Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and the Constitution being passed.

Described by Scott as the "most chaos in my reign, despite leading a revolution", his reign in 2020 saw the COVID-19 pandemic. After the 2021 Lavarian general election, he saw the announcement of long-time friend and Chancellor, John Edwards-Williams, that he will not be running for a third term, as Chancellors are granted 3 terms of 4 years each. His first term ended 10 June 2021, and he was reelected to the position on 10 May 2021. He has started his 2nd term as Prime Minister.

King Scott's coronation took place on 31 May 2022, after a 3-year delay. King Scott is on his 7th year of his reign.
