The Socialist Republic of Ethor is a socialist, one-party, sovereign state referred to as a micronation. Ethor was previously known as Zoldovia between 2019-2020, Oshingburg in 2020, North Star from 12–14 March 2021, North Branch on 15 March 2021, the Ostonian Communist Government, and Zukostan March - April 2021). It was succeeded by Bisverdetvia, the Kingdom of San Geronimo and, after many name changes, Sorrento. At the end of the Sorrentoan age, the Republic allied with the Kingdom of Sanctimonia, the Republic of Southnor, and East Greenland.
The history of the Ethoran Socialist Republic began around the year 2020, as an imaginary Minecraft nation, the Kingdom of Zoldovia. Soon the Kingdom switched its name to Oshingburg briefly, then the People's Republic of Zoldovia, but in 2021, a new nation was declared, the Sultanate of Zukostan. Zukostan was a prominent nation in Ethoran history, Zukostan, now Ethor, fought in its first war against Glamrockia, a group of suspected wannabe dictatorial group took over Pigizstan, Glamrockia then made a video the next day stating the Declaration of War. The Zukostanis replied by joining the war on the side of the Allies, with micronations well-known such as Southnor, Sanctimonia and Whetham.
Soon, the former Sultan of Zukostan, Ender Tarkov Ozkan, came up with Operation Oppensteiner, in which they would "submit" as a puppet state. Then Ender tricked the Glamrockians by getting "weapons" delivered as they said they would, but during this time, Zukostan was secretly communicating with the Sanctimonians about their future plans.
On the night of March 24, when the war was launched, the Zukostani's were talking to the Sanctimonian king, about "Operation Warhammer" or Oppensteiner, where Zukostan would launch an attack on 10 April 2021. On the afternoon of March 25th, Zukostan received word that the Glamrockians "landed" on Sanctimonian territory in Scotland. As well as detonating flags of Whetham. However, once the time was right, Zukostan changed sides, and crushed the Glamrockian government, the Glamrockian dictator, later made a deal with the government of Pigizstan that they would give the YouTube channel back, but on March 28, Sanctimonian and Zukostani forces, with the disappearance of Whetham (which was revealed to be because of a raid by Southnor) decided to split the Glamrockian territory into spheres of influence. Zukostan created a puppet state, but it was renamed to Fontainegrad. The Glamrockian leader was arrested and imprisoned and Pigizstan was liberated.
The next month, in April, Zukostan had fallen due to dormancy, later that month, Zukostan was reborn as a new nation and government. called Bisverdetvia, then San Geronimo and after a lot of name changes, Sorrento.
The simplification of Ethoran history was the beginning portrayed in Minecraft, then a prominent and powerful Zukostan, and now a socialist, democratic republic.
