Titaniapolis (pronounced: Ty-tahn-ya-pole-is), officially the City Queendom of Titaniapolis is a city in New Reno and the seat of power for the Dominion of Cascadia, Duchy of Oregonia, Earldom of Multnomah, and County of Portlandia. It is also the residence of the current Prime Minister, Titania Smith, who is also the Crown Princess and 1 of the 5 immediate members of the Renoan Royal Family. The city played a significant role during Smith's autocratic rule as de facto dictator and paramount leader of Cascadia as an independent micronation. It was founded in March 2020 and has served as Smith's personal residence and city of utmost importance during her regime's reign over New Reno and Cascadia's other territories at the time. It has been often been compared to Stalingrad due to the innate and intentional use of Stalinist and Maoist caricatures she used as a way to compare herself to the communist leaders. From her fortress, she built a cult of personality around herself in order to weild power and influence. Over the course of its history, the city has seen its population decline and increase numerous times though its influence slowly has declined since the fall of the Smithist regime in Cascadia in September 2021. As a result, its position as the dominant power in the region, and the nation overall, has faded in the wake of numerous rump states that existed, competed, and failed to united the former territories. In September 2022, after a failed attempt at a republican democracy, New Reno was reorganized as the Renoan Empire after successfully reuniting the former Laurentian, Carolinian, and Cascadian territories. In May 2023, it successful completed its democratic transition, having transitioned from an autocratic absolute monarchy to a constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary system. It also began a campaign of foreign relations, the first since the collapse of Cascadia. For Titaniapolis, this put an end to its former glory as the center for power though it has continued to maintained its rich socialist history, becoming a relic of sorts comparable to that of Transnistria, as well as its culture and heritage. In fact, in the wake of New Reno's strengthening power, emphasis has begun to move away from its solely socialist culture and image towards embracing its more Celtic roots and ancestry. Despite no longer being the center of administrative power, it has long been considered one of three, and later two, major cities of cultural power and significance across multiple micronations. It still holds a significant place in both Renoan history and that of its Cascadian predecessor and still continues to be powerful bastion of progressive politics which still influences New Reno today.
