The Vancouver Island Navy, or VIN, is the naval warfare service branch of the Dominion of Vancouver Island.
History
The Vancouver Island Navy was officially founded on 5 June 2020. Its primary responsibilities are national defense, scientific exploration, emergency response and disaster relief. It operates two small commissioned vessels that are stationed primarily in the Victoria area and its surrounding waters.
