Wiskova, also known as Wiskovia, is the capitol city of the Westarctican Colony of Raphania. First settled by Raphanians in May of 2023, following the national consolidation of territory in September 2023, Wiskova became the nation's capital.
The city consists of three separate areas, firstly Government House which acts as the colonial seat of governance and official residence for both the Prime Minister and Viceroy. The next section is a small public park used for diplomatic meetings and national events. Finally, Wiskova includes an adjacent nature preserve known as the "woodlands".
