Aleksou Desourrë
Aleksou Romanous Meizcherni Emilierzei Desourrë, also known as Maximus, (born 1979) is an Easwegian founder, serviceman and politician serving as the prefect of Maritime Hopen's New Barentsburg and municipal commissioner. Desourrë joined the Easwegian national movement in 2016 as a prominent figure and served as commissar-in-chief in the following Revolution, before becoming the second-ever Grand Marshal of the Easwegian National Guard from 2017 to 2018. He served as the first ever dedicated head of government as president of the Provisional Government of Easway from 2018 to 2020 and is credited as the designer of the flag of Easway. Desourrë is also largely seen as former Grand Councillor Emizerri's most trusted confidant and strategic adviser.

Early Life
Desourrë was born in the Socialist Republic of Romania in 1979 to a family with a military background. His family is able to trace its lineage back to Basarab I of Wallachia, the founder of Romania who held partly Easwegian ancestry. His family struggled through the communist era and had very little, often waiting for hours in line for basic necessities, and wished for the young Desourrë to join the Romanian Youth due to his strong Romanian features, although this fell through after he rebelled against the youth instructor. Desourrë was 10 when the regime fell. He has a negative view of the Soviet period and the authoritarian policies enacted within Romania during the time of the communist regime. In turn, he also saw the last King of Romania Michael I as a failure who betrayed his people and collaborated for his own ambitions, allowing Romania to fall to dictatorship. These historical events shaped his political views into adulthood.
