"Andrea" Ngọc Vân Tinh Nghiên Tuyết (Chữ Hán: 雲晶妍雪; born 27 June 2005), known as Andrea Syut by her nickname, also known as Philanthia Kristalli or Philanthia Crystalli (Greek: Φιλάνθια Κρυστάλλη), Crystal Snow, Tuyết, Camille Lin, Lâm Tĩnh Hàm and romanized via Cantonese as Wan Zing Ngen Syut or Wan Zing Yan Syut, courtesy name Ly Quân (Chữ Hán: 璃筠), is a Yuhsienian micronationalist politician and poet, serving as the current President of Yuhsienia. She is the first Asian non-binary head of state[citation needed].
Tuyết identify herself as a flower fairy, she claimed Cornflower and a symbolic title, Fairy of All Flowers.
She was always dissatisfied with her current name, so she frequently changing her name and use a large number of different names at the same time, leaving her friends at a loss. Recently she decided to name herself Aurora Twinkle.
Micronational career
Rise to power
Twinkle started to planning to build a micronation in Autumn of 2020, she lived in her parents' house at the time, she thought if her micronation that including or near her residence may cause devastating interfere by her parents, so Twinkle choosed to claim a territory on Mars, far away from her residence. Twinkle declared the foundation of the Republic of Amazonia on 28 December 2020, and become the first president of the republic. After the foundation of Amazonia, she designed a Martian calendar, the Amazonian Martian Calendar (AMC), divide a Martian year into 12 months, each month has 55 or 56 days.
Twinkle create the Jŭminese Kanji Party in June 2021, to promote the Republic of Jŭmina accept Chinese characters as the only official script for writing Jŭminese language.
Amazonia has not had its own currency until July 2021, when Twinkle established the Amazonian National Reserve System (AnareSys) and announced that she would make a unique currency belonging to Amazonia. on 30 July, the new currency was released and it was named Satamana.
Twinkle wrote and signed The Declaration of Independence on August 9, 2021, declared that the Republic of Amazonia is an independent sovereign state.
Reign in Amazonia and devoloping international influences
Twinkle created the Eastasia Transhumanist Party with Alex Andrei on 7 September. On 20 September, Twinkle designed Foundcoin, the official cryptocurrency of Foundland. The president of Foundland appreciated her work, and put her into an important position, appointed her as the technology minister. She used the power she had just acquired to create the Foundland Constituent Assembly. After a month of inactivity, Twinkle came back to her office. She created the Amazonian Academy on 27 November. On 17 December 2021, Twinkle has taken office as the Minister of Atomic Energy of Richensland, but she resigned from this position a few days later and focused on the political reform of Amazonia.
Other
Twinkle joined microwiki@discord in August 2021. She also founded the Micronational University Rankings (MUR), and served as its chairman. Twinkle is the designer of national flag and emblem of Amazonia, and she programmed the official website of Amazonia on GitHub.

--A Gushi by Twinkle. This poem rhymed in Vietnamese pronunciation and was dedicated to the Archon of Jŭmina.
Twinkle begans to write poems in 2017. In the early period of her writing, her poetric works showed a pastoral and romantic style. Most of her poems is in Gushi and Haiku forms in Chinese. In the autumn of 2020, she tried to write some free verse to describe common emotions in daily life with fragmental words. In 2021, Twinkle switched to a surrealist style, she also began to write some Chinese limericks about micronations in this year. In winter 2021, Twinkle said she was "inspired" by poetry style of Ho Chi Minh and Zhang Zongchang, after that, she wrote many humorous and quirky poems.
Micronational theory
Twinkle is a hard secessionist. She developed her own micronation theory under the influence of nationalist studies and social constructivism. The basis of this theory is that no one can choose the country they are born in, they are often forced to be a part of a state or a nation, and nations and states are social constructs, so anyone can build their own nation and independent sovereign state, based on self-determination, this is the reason why they should not be ruled by the government of their native state and can carry out separatist movements, or so-called "micronations". This theory also believes that a person can have multiple national identities at the same time, namely Polynationality, or have no national identity and is not ruled by any country, namely Anationality.
Political views
Twinkle is very fickle in politics. Twinkle claims to be an extreme pragmatist, said that ideologies is not as important as people think, politics should start by observing the facts in countries. she supports different political ideologies in different countries according to her consideration of practicality, sometimes even opposing ideologies, for example, Twinkle established NNSOA in Amazonia and also established DCP in Caelesta, the ideologies of these two parties are considered to be opposed to each other.
She expressed support for cultural diversity under the framework of Western culture, freedom of speech, constitutionalism, neurodiversity movement, right to keep and bear arms, otherkin, xenogenders and cottagecore movement. Twinkle is generally opposing and critical of the Chinese government under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, she declared that the Xinjiang re-education camp is a genocide and supports the independence movements of Hong Kong, Macau, Tibet, East Turkistan, Inner Mongolia and Hmong. She believes China's best future is to break up into about 300 small kingdoms and nation-states.
Personal life
Twinkle came out as a genderqueer or non-binary gender in 2020, unsurprisingly, this led to her parents' verbal and physical violence, mental control, and restrictions on her freedom until now. She endured all the violence, never tried to resist or flee, and publicly stated that she would forgive her parents.
From July to August 2019, Twinkle read Stefan Zweig's Die Welt von Gestern: Erinnerungen eines Europäers, this book is Zweig's memoir, which mentions Rilke and Hoffmanstahl. She liked this book very much. Inspired by it, Twinkle spent a lot of time in reading the works of abovementioned Austrian poets, and went to Vienna for a short three-day trip in August. In the trip, she visited Zweig's former residence. It is worthy of note that Twinkle tasted the local drink Almdudler, she was surprised that there is such a unique and fantastic drink in the world, after the independence of Amazonia, she specified it as Amazonia's national drink.
On 9 August 2022, Twinkle converted to bobism.
Twinkle likes to wear fez, an Amazonian headdress with Turkish origin, and she added a gem on her fez to makes it looks more feminine.
Twinkle is a Hokkienese Han, has a royal ancestry of Shang dynasty and maybe also Kingdom of Tungning, she is a direct descendant of King Wen Wu Ding of Shang dynasty.
Hobbies
Twinkle highly admired Russian illustrator Ivan Bilibin, British illustrator Cicely Mary Barker and Bulgarian painter Zahari Zograf. She is interested in calligraphy and her style of calligraphy was influenced by Chinese calligrapher Wu Changshuo. Twinkle is an avid amateur researcher in Chữ Nôm. Mikhail Ippolitov-Ivanov is her favourite composer and musician.
