The Rt. Hon. Dr. C.G. Lafollette, DD, O.P.E. (a.k.a. Chance I) is the pseudonym of the current Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Penta-Schlafzimmer's National Parliamentary Congress, the former President of the European League of Micronations, and the last Emperor of the Pentapolis Empire.
