History
In 2007 Garrett Smith founded Compen as an independent micro nation in his dorm room. By the end of the university semester, the micro nation had already dissolved. In 2020 he gave the micro nation to his nephew, Lennon Smith, who then made in an alliance. Lennon's vision is to create a greater community for small micro nations, such as his uncle's.
The government
The government is made up of a council and judges. The council is made up of the owner of the alliance (Lennon Smith), one representative from each member state, and 5 elected people per 10 member states. They have frequent meeting to discuss laws, pass laws, come up with new ideas, and get rid of laws. To pass any law, it needs atleast 51% of the vote to pass a law or idea. Than it goes to Compen Law & Justice Organization, to decide if it is humane or not. The law then goes into effect with all member states. If any law is thought to be broken they then go to the court in the organization. If guilty they can get anything from a temporary ban, to a fine. If the defandant does not have a lawyer, then they can get one from Smith & Assoc. Law.
Motto
They motto symbolizes how the alliance will stick with one another, and how are differences make us stronger. Differences in ideology make us stronger. We accept capitalism, socialism, communism, republicans, democrats, and liberals.
Organizations
The organizations of the alliance have, the alliance its self, The Compen Weather Organization,Compen Intelligence & Security and The Compen Law & Justice system. On its 2nd day of being an organization, the Compen Weather Organization made a detailed list of all the severe weather warnings in the United States. You can see the list here.
