The Emergency Dictator of Roscamistan was a position that was created by the passing in the National Assembly of a Senatus Paramount Ultimatum. The position was created in response to the Ballinfoyleburg-Roscamistan diplomatic crisis from 30 December 2021 to 1 January 2022, with Doros Patusky, by virtue of the Paramount leadership became the first Dictator, using his power to remove Ludwig Collins from both the Defence Staff and the Cabinet. After averting the crisis on 2 January 2022, Doros Patusky surrendered his powers back, and the office has not been in use since. When a Senatus Paramount Ultimatum is enacted, the incumbent Paramount Leader assumed the office of Emergency Dictator.

It was abolished on 2 April 2022 after the Paramount Leadership was abolished too.
