The first and inaugural edition of the Junior Todiavision Song Contest was held on 24 June 2023 at the Palau de Congressos in Llibertat, District of Southern Todia, Todia. Four countries have participated in the first edition that are: Republic of Todia (host), Republic of Belcity, Kotland and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi.

The event

On 2 June it was announced that the show was be opened by Loreen who will perform Tattoo and Euphoria. Rosa Linn (Armenian contestant at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022), Lissandro (French winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022), Polina Bougusevich (Russian winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017) and Anastasija Petryk (Ukrainian winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2012) have perform during the interval act.

Online voting is calculate on the percentage of votes that the song recieved (100% is 48 points, which is the maximum ammount of 12 points that a country can receive).

Non-participating countries

  •  Egemonica: Egemonica was invited by TBC to partecipate but the country decided to do not debut in this edition.
  • Republic of Paladonia: Paladonia submitted the partecipation in late-May 2023 and was accepted after some days from the Todia Broadcasting Company and the IBU (Intermicronational Broadcasting Union). On 1 June 2023 Paladonia submitted the song which will represent the country in the Junior Todiavision song Contest, the entry was reviewed by TBC and formally rejected it, because it hasn't meet the criteria. TBC allowed Paladonia to choose another song but it has refused to do it and on 7 June 2023 the country was disqualified.
