Pavadena is a micronation in West Europe known as the Kingdom of Pavadena.

Queen Dionne Dorada de Rothschild Serrano established Pavadena as a monarchy in 2021.

Pavadena was formed on August 15, 2021, because the monarch desired a location where relationships, happiness, and wealth could be openly seen.

Queen Dionne Dorada de Rothschild Serrano is the current monarch of the Kingdom of Pavadena, which is administered as a constitutional monarchy.

Conflicts and wars

The Kingdom of Pavadena has not been involved in any wars at this stage.

The Pavadenan Constitution

Pavadenan citizenship can be applied for by all peoples and can be revoked if the citizen is deemed a menace to the people of Pavadena. The people of Pavadena have been given the freedom to vote if they do so choose, as long as they are over the age of 14. National leaders like Prime Minister and head of each state are to be chosen through national election by the people. The people by law have every right to have the freedoms of speech, expression, sexuality, religious beliefs, and the right to a fair trial in a court of law. The judicial system is organized based on modern society. Court proceedings will be held by a judge who overlooks the case, and a jury of 12 people will be in place for criminal charges. Judicial stakeholders - Judge, prosecution, jury, defendant & solicitor Judicial Court hierarchy - The High court of Pavadena, Supreme court, District Court & Suburban Court. The government will be funded through many taxes and donations. By law people can own homes, businesses, land, et cetera, as property rights. The constitution can be amended if there is a majority agreement by the government.

Drug possession, distribution, and use Act:

Illicit drug possession, distribution, and use is a serious crime in this country, and 100% illegal. (Unless under prescription)

Military Service Act:

Military and community service is encouraged to everyone upon reaching adulthood, but not mandated.

Capital Punishments Act:

Capital punishment is illegal, but the death penalty is allowed in heinous crimes.

Alcohol Usage Act:

The possession, consumption, distribution, and sale of alcohol is legal for adults (Over the age of 20) in this country.

Energy Consumption Act:

The nation strongly supports alternative energy sources, and seeks to mitigate pollution.

Assisted Suicide Act:

Any and all forms of assisted suicide are illegal in this country.

Gay Marriage Act:

Any two adults have the right to get married, regardless of their sex.

Immigration Act:

The government accepts all immigrants, and grants amnesty to illegal immigrants.

Gun Rights Act:

Citizens are allowed to own only a limited number of rifle firearms, and no handguns. Citizens must also complete a 24 month long firearm licence application process to obtain a licence.

Religious Beliefs Act:

The government cannot endorse any religion, but religious practices are allowed in government establishments.

Economy

Pavadenan Dollars are measured with drink cans. One soda drink equates to 50 cents AUD and will equate to 1 PDD (Pavadena Dollar)

The Criminal Code (2021)

This Act may be cited as the Criminal Code Act

The Criminal Code extends to every external Territory.

The only offences against laws are those offences created by, or under the authority of, this Code or any other Act.

Penalty for treason: Exiled for life or the death penalty
