The October 2022 Excelsioran Premier-General Election was held on 24 October 2022. Attorney General Roy Jackson was elected as the seventh Premier-General of Excelsior, following his surprise nomination by the Democratic Party minutes before votes began to be cast in the Federal Assembly. Jackson was inaugurated the same day.

The election was triggered by the expiration of Chet Chetson's term as Premier-General following his failure to hold a meeting of Premiers. Chetson was then removed as a Representative from Invictus during the October 2022 Invictisian crisis, resulting in Thomas Jacobs assuming the role of Premier-General until an election could be held.
