The Order of the Arstotzkan Eagle is the highest honour that is obtainable in the Arstotzkan Union. According to the Arstotzkan Federal Government the award is given out to people who show "Constant allegiance and willingness to the State."

The award is modeled after the Order of the Red Banner from the Soviet Union. Unlike the Order of the Red Banner it is the states highest order.

Awarded to

Over the time that the award has been in use, only four people have been given this award, the first is the former Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union, Lieutenant General Zion Ormsby, second was Commander of the Tactical Stealth Operations Squadron of the Arstotzkan Army Corps, codename Swan.
