The Socialist Action Committee of Aotearoa (SACA) (Māori: Mana Hapori Komiti mahi o Aotearoa) is the revolutionary wing of the Socialist Party of the Arstotzkan Union. The SACA is prioritized in involving itself with left-wing protests against the New Zealand Government. SACA believes heavily in the teachings of Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky and other socialist revolutions and believes in revolutionary democratic socialism.

The organization has growing support from the Arstotzkan Federal Government and has become heavily involved in increasing the voice of the Arstotzkan Union against New Zealand.

SACA involvement in New Zealand protests have been minimal. However SACA has announced that the formation of a club at Victoria University of Wellington will take place in 2026. SACA will be involved in more protests but will begin to build a following over the coming years.

Bodies

Currently the SACA has two bodies of the organization, the Congress. The duty of the Congress is to organize and coordinate SACA actions in New Zealand. The other body is the People's Revolutionary Forces which are the 'boots-on-the-ground' force of the organization. The PRF are maintained to be non-violent and only demonstrative, only using force out of self-defence.

Leaders

Currently the organization has one member.

Inspiration

The SACA takes inspiration from various international socialist revolutionary groups. The major one is M-26-7 or the 26th of July Movement which was the leading revolutionary group which overthrew Cuban dictator, Fulgencio Batista.

The SACA takes inspiration from other leaders of Socialist leaders like Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, Josip Broz Tito and Muammar Gaddafi. However leaders like Joseph Stalin, Kim Jong Un and other like Xi Jinping are not leaders that the organization agrees with as Ethan Brinkman has stated that their actions are not inline with socialist policy and act as communist dictators consolidating power on the backs of the proletariat.

Ideologies

s6 of Resolution 1 of the People's Congress of SACA bases the organization on four main ideals, Democratic Socialism, Revolutionary Socialism, Socialist Patriotism and Tino Rangatiratanga. SACA holds the ideology of democratic socialism as it plans to form a new government over the islands of Aotearoa under a 'government of the proletariat', where the state handles the affairs of the nation under a equal, free, elected democracy.

Revolutionary Socialism is the second ideology of the organization. The organization strongly advocates for a revolution against the New Zealand Government and the creation of a new socialist republic in the nation. SACA individuals state that a revolution is the only means of change from the capitalist hold of the New Zealand Government.

Thirdly, the organization advocates for socialist patriotism. SACA states that while Aotearoa and Kiwis do have a small idea of national pride and strong ideas of national identity, the organization should help advocate a sense of national pride and patriotism in a socialist republic rather than a constitutional monarchy. Many members of the organization hold a strong sense of socialist patriotism to the Arstotzkan Union and so continue this ideal into the organization.

The final ideology is Tino rangatiratanga. The organization advocates for "righting the wrongs of the Crown" and advocates for equalness among treatment of Māori and Pakeha but also to recognize Māori self determination and sovereignty.
