The Tourstead Area, also known as the Touraff & Weststead Area or the 2nd Dual Cities Area, abbreviated to TC (for Tourstead Cities), is a Princian autonomous area within the Home Province of Cathairo-Pempire that was created by an act of government despite the responsibility for the creation of areas officially lying with provincial governor-generals. The Tourstead Area consists of the districts of Touraff City, the Murrock Edges, Weststead City, Prentfontein and New Boscastle; making it the largest area by number of constituent districts. The name Tourstead is a portmanteau of the area's two cities, Touraff (a core city) and Weststead (a subordinate city to Touraff City). The district of New Boscastle (officially District Vandercoat) is an oddity, being an exclave separated from the other districts, but was included in the area following a poll of residents due to the district's cultural and political ties to others that are also included in the area. The Tourstead Area borders another autonomous area, the Warterby Area, and engages in a policing partnership (North Encalibre Partnership) between the two areas' police forces. Breaking from the tradition of areas being dividing into cantons, the Tourstead Area instead divides it's constituent districts into boroughs and non-ecclesiastical parishes: city-districts dividing into boroughs and non-city districts dividing into parishes, with the exception of New Boscastle which divides into both.

The Tourstead autonomous government refuses to use the district's de jure name, instead referring to it as New Boscastle or the City of New Boscastle in both formal and informal contexts; engaging in a campaign for the designation of the district as a city bearing it's original name. Both the Tourstead People's Constabulary and the South Encalibre Constabulary hold joint-jurisdiction over Vandercoat due to its position as an exclave – being surrounded by South Encalibre's jurisdiction but also being within the Tourstead Area.
