Arwelk I Warnargad (Aleksandr Viktorovich Kuzmin, born 11 June 2004) is the Tsar of the Holy Esgeldian Empire and a figure of the Latvian and Russian micronational community. He is the founder of Enderwald (presently Esgeldia), and currently holds and has held various prominent posts in several micronations. One of the active figures of the Russian micronational community, he is only one of the unofficial leaders of the secret micronational organization "Cobra". Throughout his micronational career, he has participated in the politics of several known Russian-speaking micronations including Konakia, Fesalion, Loneyard, Skulia, Desnarus and others), and supported them as much as possible.

Early life

The future Tsar of Esgeldia in 2010-2012 in Riga

Aleksandr Kuzmin was born on 11 June 2004 in Riga, the capital of the Republic of Latvia in a Russian-Polish family of railway workers of mixed origin. His grandfather Vikula Kuzmin, a Pomorian Old believer by religion, was born in Arkhangelsk in 1930s while his grandmother, Helena Kuzmina, a Polish Catholic, was born in the same decade in Daugavpils. He draws Ukrainian roots from his maternal side from the Vinnytsia region of Ukraine. From his paternal side, Arwelk Warnargad has at least two cousins and one cousin living in Germany and Latvia. On the same line, there are distant relatives who emigrated to Australia following the Soviet occupation of Latvia in 1940.

He lived in Ziepniekkalns (a microdistrict in Riga) from his birth till August 2012 and graduated in first grade at the 94th Secondary School in Riga, where he received education on basic Latvian language and Russian spellings. He had to leave Latvia for family and personal reasons and moved to Pskov to live with his maternal relations.

Since 2014, he has been living in rural areas in the Pskov region, periodically visiting his hometown for nostalgia and summer vacations.

Micronational career

Introduction

Aleksandr Kuzmin first learned about the existence of the micronational community in the fall of 2016 from Vitold Chaban, the current president of Witoldia. At that time, they both participated in the activities of the military-political paper modeling project, which largely ensured their friendship for many years, which continues to this day. The first attempt to organize their very own micronation was made on 9 November 2016 which led to the short-lived "Kingdom of Lettia", which claimed the territory of the current Kingdom of Jöglöjm, a kingdom within Esgeldia. However, due to the excessive toxicity of the then Russian micronational community, which was under the influence of "@_@" (the internet community of the most developed micronations of that time), he decided to postpone the creation of a micronation. Further attempts were made in May 2017, when due to a dubious grudge against Daniil Krasnitsky, Arwelk Warnargad tried to carry out a socialist "revolution" in Loneyard, which obviously failed on the same day. Around the same time, the Kingdom of Enderyard was formed which went not so far from its predecessor and ceased to exist a couple of months later.

Finally, the last attempt to acquire a micronational statehood in the form of the Talab Republic turned out to be partially successful and it was this state that later transformed into the Republic of Enderwald, thereby laying the foundations of the Esgeldian statehood that exists to this day.

Against the background of these events, at the end of 2017, Aleksandr Kuzmin established relations with several well-known figures of the Russian micronational community including Ivan Ivanov and Alexey Inshakov, and it was due to their efforts and support that Talab transformed into the Enderwald Republic. Their support and closer informal communication coupled with another conflict with @_@, who was already losing their influence, led to the formation of "Cobra", within which the Inshakov-Ivanov-Kuzmin trio became the most significant figures by 2018.

The years 2018 and 2019 became the most important for Alexander Kuzmin's global involvement in the micronational political events including the numerous coups and power struggles within the influence of the secret organization Cobra in the Russian micronations that existed at that time- Francorusinia, Sidoria, Saimia, Greencountry, Arandia and others, due to whom Kuzmin finally settled into the Russian micro-national community and actively developed his own state.

Later activities

Cobra Micronational Congress in Moscow with the participation of representatives of Konakia, Lavgrasur and Esgeldia, held on November 22, 2021, became the most important event in the history of the Russian micronational community over the past five years.

Aleksandr Kuzmin is still one of the most prominent figures of the Cobra bloc, which has had an impact on the Russian micronational community since 2018. On 31 December 2020, Kuzmin alongside Vitold Chaban, founded the League of Independent States, the largest Russian-speaking micronational organization operating in the spirit of democratic principles of freedom, equality of peoples and dialogue of civilizations. After the completion of the largest conflicts within the framework of the "Kobrist wars", Kuzmin tried to maintain friendly relations with the majority of the Russian micronational community.

Being a supporter of pan-Baltism in the micronational plan for quite a long time, at the end of 2021 Kuzmin alone began the search for active micronations of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The result of this fruitful work was the founding of the Baltic Union on the first anniversary of the creation of the LNG, through which political contacts were established between the largest micronations of the Baltic States. It was due to his actions within the framework of "Discord" (news coverage of Russian micronations), he actually opened up the "information vacuum" that has developed between the Western and eastern micronational community largely due to distrust and paranoia.

Esgeldia

Since the foundation of Esgeldia during the republican period, he has been its almost permanent president receiving three consecutive terms between 2017 and 2020 and simultaneously leading the "parties of power" - the People's Front for Independence, the People's Bolshevik Party and the Republican Party for two and a half years of the country's existence.

With the beginning of the reforms in autumn 2020, he initiated the so-called "monarchical awakening" of Esgeldia and, with the support of the People's League of Esgeldia, on 1 January 2020, he ascended the royal throne of the Holy Esgeldian Tsardom, founding the royal, within the personal inheritance, dynasty of Esgeldia - Warnargad's.

Within the framework of cultural transformations in Esgeldia itself, it is referred to exclusively as Arwelk I Warnargad in documentation and during ceremonial ceremonies, while the Slavic name and surname are used mainly when communicating in an informal setting.

Estazia

At the dawn of his micronational activities, he participated in the political system of Estasia and made an attempt to revive it by the end of 2018, but after the final liquidation of the Estazian statehood by the nation's founder, Alexey Inshakov, he left it. In 2020, against the background of a personal conflict with Alexey Inshakov, he made attempts to restore the Estazian statehood which were finally stopped since reconciliation with Inshakov.

Cornburgia

Aleksandr received Kornburgian citizenship at the end of 2017, acted on the side of the democratic opposition and actively assisted in the overthrow of the former Volga dictatorship. He stood at the dawn of the foundation of the Kornburgian Democratic Republic and is the designer of sketches of its national flag and coat of arms. He limited his political participation due to the subsequent stagnation in the country.

Skuliya

Kuzmin is the founder of the Union of True Patriots of the Skuliya (UTPS) and defended its interests as a deputy of the People's Assembly of the Skuliya of the IInd convocation along with Ivan Ivanov. He was the chairman of the Negorel Executive Committee betwee 13 October 2018 and April 2020, and the Chairman of the People's Assembly of the Skuliya between 14 October 2019 and 26 April 2020. In November–December 2019, he left the UTPS due to internal disagreements, and subsequently returned after the settlement of the intra-Cobra conflict. In April 2020, he became a member of the Assembly for the Restoration of the Skuliyan statehood which was formed shortly after the complete victory of the UTPS over the communist leadership of Skuliya and the actual self-removal of the latter from power. He is a co-designer of the state symbols of the Federal Republic of Skuliya.

On 16 August 2020, he became the acting President of the Skuliya, but did not show any activity while on the post. Since 2021, he has not participated in the Skuliyan internal policy due to the liquidation of its statehood by the nation's founder, Yevgeny Kitikov.

Konakia

Kuzmin has been involved in the politics of Konakia since the summer of 2018, being an almost permanent deputy of the State Council, speaking for the entire time of his presence on behalf of the Free Party of the Left-Neutral Komarinian, the STAPLE, and the Democratic Party. He was the Chancellor of the Konakian Union State between 3 August 2019 and 26 February 2020. He has served as the 26th President of Konakia between 22 April and 16 August 2020 and again as the 29th President between 25 April 2021 and 12 August 2021.

Greencountry

He participated in the politics of the Greencountry since August 2018 and joined the democratic revolution and contributed to the signing of the Waldendorf Peace Treaty between Estazia and Greencountry which ended the enmity of the two states since the beginning of the micronational crisis, which de facto did not manifest itself in any way due to the departure of Bogdan Melteshinov from the micronational political arena.

In the winter of 2018, he supported the monarchical sentiments in the country and ascended to the royal throne as Alexander I and was subsequently deposed in March 2020 due to an internal split which finally led him to leave the Greencountry political arena.

Loneyard

He has been involved in the politics of Loneyard since 2019, defending the Cobrist interests in the country during the intra-Centrist conflict. He founded his own Republican Party and became a member of the Constituent Assembly of Loneyard. He contributed to the development of Esgeldian-Loneyardian relations and as the logical result of which, the signing of an agreement on mutual recognition and the establishment of diplomatic relations took place in December 2019. During 2020-2022, he actively supported the awakening of the Ardian culture in Loneyard within the framework of the policy initiated by Daniil Krasnitsky.

Personal views

Religion

In the period between 2016 and 2018, due to his rather left-wing views, he was an atheist, but since a more thorough study of Russian history, he became an adherent first of Orthodoxy, and then of Old Believers because of his dislike of Nikon's church reforms, which according to him, destroyed the last Christian church in Europe.

Despite his clearly negative attitude to the current Orthodoxy, he supports the Eucharist with a number of orthodox communities in Pskov, since he considers them to be spiritually Orthodox parishes even despite the Niconian character.

Since 2021, he considers himself a spiritual adherent of the Belokrinitsky hierarchy of the Russian Orthodox Old Believer Church under the authority of Metropolitan Cornelius of Moscow and All Rus'.

Politics

Between 2014 and 2016, he considered himself a communist, but became disillusioned with communist ideology after a more thorough acquaintance with the history of the Soviet Union and got rid of the dubious aesthetic obsession inspired by the nostalgia of the older generation of Russia. In the future, he considered himself an adherent of national conservatism and the "Cobrist" solar ideology, however, from the moment of more thorough entry into christian spiritual life, he decided to disown any political views, considering them a stupid obsession of modernity.

Interests and hobbies

Aleksandr Kuzmin has been fond of numismatics since 2011 after he started the collection of jubilee latvian lats and due to which, there are more than 300 coins and a couple dozen banknotes in his personal collection and most of them had become an exposition of the numismatic fund of the Esgeldian State Historical Museum by 2022. Among other things, Kuzmin has "universal interests", being fond of the history of shipbuilding, paper modeling, television and tankbuilding, which subsequently predetermined Kuzmin's love for studying the history of most human civilizations from ancient times to the present.

By the time he graduates from school in the summer of 2022, he plans to link his life with historical science.
