The Supreme Constitution of the Republic of Roscamistan is the fundamental law of the Republic of Roscamistan. Roscamistan has had a total of four constitutions. The third constitution was in effect from the 16th of January 2023 but had been suspended twice, once during the 2023 Roscami coup d’etat that same day, and after the 17th of January, when Thomas Jacobs and Ali Farrokhzad performed a second coup. This fourth Constitution, authored by Thomas Jacobs with patching up by Matthew Tonna.
The first Constitution was made by Thomas Jacobs, and replaced by the Second Constitution in November 2021, made by Adam Flannery. Flannery's Constitution was abolished in June 2022.
