Background

To better understand this conflict it's important to have clear some pieces of information.

First of all, the conflict was promoted by the Suterian population mostly for some kind of revancist ideology, which was initially only lightly supported by the King Federico I of Suteria.

This revancist feeling originated in the context that occurred after the dissolution of the Free State of Suteria. In fact, Egemonica strongly decided to end this sort of "civil war" in Suteria, deciding to support the legitimate government of Liam D'Anna. Egemonican help, initially appreciated by Suterian authorities, became controversial to Suterians when the Free State of Suteria decided to resign under the great pressure that Egemonica posed to Umberto Kori's dictatorship (Umberto Kori has been the "micronationalist" behind the FSS).

Measures

Todia

Being informed of the first threats and insults coming from Suterian authorities, the Republic of Todia quickly supported Egemonica with a formal condemnation of these actions.

Gunaka and Hokoria

Seeking for support, Egemonica agreed on a defensive pact with the Kingdom of Gunaka, which condemned suterian actions against peace alongside with Hokoria.

Salanda

When the DMOM General Secretary elections occurred, both Suteria and Egemonica presented their king as candidate. After the Egemonican victory relations with Suterian worsened. Anyway, it was possible to obtain a treaty of "peace" thanks to the mediator role of Salanda.

When Suterian King Federico publicly claimed once again Milazzo, after renouncing it in the previously cited treaty, micronationalists started to doubt the credibility of Suteria.

Their official claim meant the formal condemnation of Salanda, which closed the Suterian embassy and transformed it into an Egemonican embassy as a symbol of support. Every relation between Salanda and Suteria was closed.

At this point the Egemonican embassy in Suteria was abolished, even tho the Suterian embassy was kept untouched by Edoardo Vittorio, which didn't want to close opportunities for a future reconciliation.

Leaders Quotes

"This isn't silly, this isn't childish. This is just plain stupid at this point" -

Empress Jasmine, Kingdom of Gunaka

" Well this is the first diplomatic announcement of the year.

I would like to address Suteria's actions against Egemonica and the King of Egemonica, you do not have ANY right to Harass or Try Doxxing peoples family members, just over a micronational disputes, as this makes you no better than the worst micronations to ever exist. I am denouncing Suteria's actions against Egemonica as just pure stupidity and Hate, and furthermore I will be extending our hand out to Egemonica to form official diplomatic ties for further cooperation and more.

Again, I am denouncing Suteria's inexcusable actions against Egemonica and the King of Egemonica. "
