Status: Repealed

The February 2023 Foreign Policy of the Arstotzkan Union was a Foreign Policy of the Arstotzkan Union from the Department of International Affairs and Relations. It was the third official and codified Foreign Policy, with the first ever being the November 2020 Foreign Policy which began the Arstotzkan-Confederate War sixteen days later.

The February 2023 Foreign Policy was the first to recognise the People's Republic of China. The First President wished to begin a thaw of tense relations with the two states, giving the nation the "Good Standing Relations" designation, the second highest on the scale. The First President and Chief Ambassador of the DIAR both moved with the strengthening socialist policy of the Arstotzkan Union and did not renew relations with the United States of America, officially revoking recognition of the state for the lifetime of the Policy.

Other notable inclusions in the policy included the official establishment of recognition of the Republic of Whangamomona and the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (Transnistria).

The Foreign Policy was eventually superseded in August 2023 when it was updated following the Inter Coalition War in May of that year.
