Foreign relations of Hokoria
The Department of Exterior Affairs handles foreign relations and diplomacy in the State of Hokoria. In the past, foreign relations were handled by the Department of Exterior Affairs but due to a resignation rate of 100%, the Head of State took over the foreign relations mission and founded the Foreign Service as a sub-branch of the Office of the Head of State. Hokoria's foreign mission is now handled by the Department of Exterior Affairs.
Recognition
The State of Hokoria participates in formalised foreign relations with 8 states, whilst recognising a total of 73 micronations including all member states of the Grand Unified Micronational, all member states and provisional member states of the Cupertino Alliance, all members of the Global Oceanic Cooperation Organization and 17 other states.[1].
