The Surdamian Office of Civil Defense is a division of the Surdamian Military and is tasked with the management of civilian protection. It is officially headed by Lane Caldwell, who serves as the Director of Civil Defense. This director is appointed by the Head General of the Surdamian Military and serves at the leisure of the Head General.
