There have been numerous territorial disputes regarding Faltree, involving both the State of Faltree and the Commonwealth of Faltree. Additionally, following the dissolution of the State of Faltree there were many claimants to the former territories of the State of Faltree, though this has ended as an issue following the establishment of the Commonwealth of Faltree.

III, the then president of Ocean States. This dispute lead to the Ocean States Territorial War, which saw Faltree fail to annex the disputed territory following popular disapproval of the conflict.
Chepiwanoxet (Faltree)	Roscami Rhode Island	Republic of Roscamistan	(4 - 5 October 2022) (1 day)	The Republic of Roscamistan established Roscami Rhode Island on 27 August 2022, having relatively stable relations with Faltree until 25 September 2023 wherein Faltree broke ties with Roscamistan. The Faltrian Senate voted to declare war on Roscamistan on 28 September 2022, and eventually issued the Declaration of Hostility towards the government of Roscamistan. Faltree annexed the territory following the Chepiwanoxet conflict and established the Commission of Chepiwanoxet.

Faltree relinquished the claim to Roscamistan, ostensibly not seeking conflict after political turmoil within Faltree. A rise in Faltrian irredentism prompted the Faltrian government to plan and publish the Occupation Act, announcing intentions to invade and occupy Roscami Chepiwanoxet. Fearing a drawn out conflict, Roscamistan ceded the territory to the Kingdom of Fontasia on 19 January 2023.
Territory of Chepiwanoxet (Faltree)	Fontasian Chepiwanoxet Zepranan Chepiwanoxet	Kingdom of Fontasia Zeprana	(19 January 2023 - 30 January 2023) (11 days)	Following the Roscami cession of Chepiwanoxet to Fontasia, the Kingdom of Fontasia briefly owned Chepiwanoxet before ceding it to Zeprana. The State of Faltree continued its intention of occupying the territory, invading and occupying on 29 January 2023. Diplomatic communication was established between Faltree and Zeprana, wherein a deal was reached and Zeprana relinquished claim of the territory back to Faltree wherein Faltree formally established the Territory of Chepiwanoxet.

These claims were disputed by the Free State of Wetherill, the Republic of Dirigo, the Mawaguran Regime of Faltree, the Ausverian Volksrepublik, the Bepistani Reich, and the Batavian Empire. Effectively, the Satanic Federation of Faltree did not enforce any of its claims which were occupied by other entities. The Federation dissolved on 10 May 2023, wherein the Federation was dissolved and its claims inherited by the Republic of Malus.

Malus was unaware of the existence of the Commonwealth of Faltree until 4 August 2023 when it relinquished the territories it had claimed.
District of Chepiwanoxet (Faltree)	Chepiwanoxet (Roscamistan)	Roscami Federation	(21 August 2023 - 16 November 2023) (87 days)	The Commonwealth of Faltree established the District of Chepiwanoxet on 19 August 2023, wherein a few days later on 21 August 2023 the Roscami Federation declared the District of Chepiwanoxet as illegal and proclaimed Roscami sovereignty over Chepiwanoxet. The Roscami Federation ceased disputing the claim on 16 November 2023.
