The Chancellor of Einrachtia (Portuguese: Chanceler de Eintrachtia) is the co-head of government of the Kingdom of Eintrachtia, the other being the monarch. The chancellor hosts the Royal Cabinet and is the secretary of the Royal Antarctic Council, a branch of the Secretariat for Foreign Affairs responsible for diplomatic and domestic matters in Antarctica. The chancellor is a member of parliament and is responsible to both the parliament and the monarchy. The current chancellor is Penguin B. Ballister who had assumed office on 11 July 2021.

The chancellery was established by the constitution of 2021, following the governmental reform. Before 2021, the title for the head of the government was called "prime minister". The chancellery is the office of the chancellor, it does not take a physical form but rather a term used to describe a section of the executive branch of the government that reports to the monarch. The secretaries of state are appointed by the chancellor upon the chancellors' inauguration.

A chancellor can serve for as long as the monarch desires, but in practice, a chancellor's term length usually does not exceed five years. Once a chancellor's term ends, new chancellors are directly elected by nationals of Eintrachtia by popular vote. Candidates for the chancellery must have been a civil servant or have served the nation in notable means for at least 3 years. Chancellors inaugurate and their terms start by the monarch's appointment on the national day of Eintrachtia, 30 May, even if they have been officially elected before the national day, unless there is a power vacuum that may exist for more than six months.
